For me, one of the most rewarding parts of being an orthodontist is seeing the positive difference a new smile can make in someone’s life. Straightening teeth can do so much more than improve appearance—it can build self-esteem, strengthen confidence, and help people feel better about themselves.
I truly enjoy meeting new people and learning what is important to each patient. Over the course of treatment, we get to know one another and often build lasting friendships. I have been practicing orthodontics in my hometown of Batesville since 2004, and I love that my work allows me to stay connected to the community that means so much to me.

Before specializing in orthodontics, Dr. Scheele practiced general dentistry for eight years. This experience gives her valuable insight into her patients' overall dental health and allows her to work closely with general dentists and other oral healthcare providers when needed.
Dr. Scheele remains committed to continuing education and regularly advances her knowledge of the latest orthodontic techniques, technology, and materials. This allows her to provide treatment that is both modern and tailored to each patient's unique clinical needs and personal goals.

A native of Batesville, Dr. Scheele is proud to practice orthodontics in the community she calls home. When she's not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors. She especially enjoys caring for the many animals on her hobby farm.
