It means a lot to me, as an orthodontist, that I can positively change a person’s life. I am able to improve a person’s self-esteem and the confidence with which they move through the world simply by straightening their teeth. I am personally rewarded when a former patient comes back and tells me they’re leading a happier, healthier life as a result of the smile we’ve achieved.
I enjoy meeting new people and learning what’s important to them. During treatment, we become friends, and that means the world to me. I’ve been practicing orthodontics in my hometown since 2004 and I love how my work connects me with our community.

Dr. Scheele and her team members provide leading-edge orthodontic care in a warm, friendly environment. Prior to her orthodontic studies, Dr. Scheele practiced general dentistry for eight years. This experience gives her additional insight into dental concerns and helps her communicate with general dentists and other oral healthcare providers.
Dr. Scheele is committed to providing her patients with advanced care, to ensure treatment is appropriate for each patient’s unique clinical and personal situation. In order to stay current on developments in orthodontic techniques, technology, and materials, she takes many continuing education courses.

Beyond the Practice
A native of Batesville, Dr. Scheele is glad to be practicing in her hometown. When she’s not caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially in the company of the many animals she cares for on her hobby farm.
